How did momma kill all of MiB's crew at the village? Did she use island light magic powers? Not to mention the closing of his hole. I'm assuming one old lady didn't do all that by hand.
Instead of all these games Jacob has been running can't he be like: "Yo Hurley, tell Jack to drink this wine." Apparently the wine gives the you island protector powers. I'm assuming it also gives you clarity on what the hell is going on at the island since momma died before she really told Jacob much.
We totally got a little Mufasa vs. Scar thing going on with Jacob and MiB. Jacob beat him up multiple times but MiB is much more conniving and clever.
I think the writers went a little overboard with the black vs. white references. We get it.
I'm thinking the pool in the temple is also connected to the light source. Maybe its far enough from the 'heart' such that it can potentially heal someone or make them bad/sick like Sayid but not bad/bad like Smokey level.
Finally was that the same dagger that Ben used to kill Jacob?
Overall it was a good episode and we start to see a motive for Jacob and MiB. Honestly I was hoping MiB had a more sinister motive than I just want to see the world!

nah, i think the writers sucked it on this one, ESPECIALLY this episode. It was jacked up.
